SALSA WIRE - Many of you are aware that Papalote has some crack-like award-winning salsa, and now The Feast says they’ll start selling three more limited edition salsas in November: habanero, serrano-tomatillo, and chipotle variations will be available for a limited time only at the taquerias or by mail order. MENU REVEALS - Following this morning’s interior reveal of Cedar Hill, owner Jon Rietz has passed on a working menu, which looks rather near finished indeed. Rietz says the menu will change seasonally, particularly in the salads, starters, entrees and desserts sections, whereas the BBQ meats will stay fairly consistent.
